Student Counseling

UCS is now able to provide intake sessions over the phone for new students seeking counseling services. Students need to call our Walk-in Clinic (405-744-5472) to speak to a staff member.

Group Counseling

Group therapy, if conducted, will be done remotely. We are evaluating the status of ongoing small groups. We anticipate some groups will be disrupted or lack adequate numbers to continue. A representative from our office will call to provide more information to those involved.

Reboot Center

Is a great place to unwind and "reboot" in a chill atmosphere. While you're there grab some of our de-stress SWAG or try out a stress management tool.
