I enjoy reading fiction (sci-fi & fantasy), playing board games with my gaming groups and having meaningful conversations with family and friends.

Clinical Orientation: Primary orientation is Cognitive Theory and Humanistic Approach. Other integrative approaches include Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT); and Internal Family Systems (IFS).  

Clinical Interests: Interpersonal and relational concerns (e.g. interpersonal boundaries, communication, etc.); grief and loss; depression and anxiety; spirituality; addiction.
