I am naturally inquisitive, empathic and slightly sarcastic. I’m a big fan of self-care! I enjoy reading, napping, watching reality TV on Bravo, spending time outside, watching my two kids do things they love, practicing yoga, people watching and attending concerts with my husband. I love to travel but am always ready to come home.

Clinical Orientation: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (Certified EMDR Therapist, Approved Consultant, and Trainer), Motivational Interviewing, Systems Theory, mindfulness practices, somatic work, ego state work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other modalities as clinically relevant.

Clinical Interests: Trauma, addiction (substance and process addictions), recent traumatic events, sexual  trauma, first responders, adult children of alcoholics/addicts and interpersonal and relational concerns.
