Clinical Counselor

I enjoy playing video games, strength training, reading, being creative and hanging out with friends and family. I find I spend a lot of my free time learning about psychology, specifically neuropsychology and trauma. 

Clinical Orientation: Integrative therapy consists of Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus brief therapy, attachment theory and multicultural approaches.

Clinical Interests: Trauma; specifically complex trauma (CPTSD), Dissociative Disorders, adjustment difficulties, interpersonal and relational concerns, multicultural identity, and social concerns, LQBTQIA+, first generation and nontraditional students, and veterans.
