Substance Abuse Counselor

I received my Bachelor of Science degree from OSU in Animal Science. I love working at my alma mater and being a part of the Stillwater community. I enjoy being outside and spending time with my family. 

Clinical Orientation: Primary therapeutic model is EMDR Therapy. Other integrative approaches include Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  

Clinical Interest Areas: Substance Abuse, alcohol and drug recovery; PTSD; complex trauma; dissociation; depression and anxiety; interpersonal and relational concerns; adjustment difficulties; supervision and training.
