Anxiety Management Workshop

If you are struggling with high anxiety, then this workshop is for you. The main focus of this workshop will be to teach mindfulness techniques, and help students with a variety of anxiety concerns to correct negative thought patterns and behavior modifications skills.  This event will be held every other Thursday, starting February 23rd (3:00-4:30 p.m.) in the Student Union (Room 320) and hosted by Dr. Carol Challenger.  Please contact our office (405) 744-5458 for more details.
