If you are struggling with high anxiety, then this workshop is for you. The main focus
of this workshop will be to teach mindfulness techniques, and help students with a
variety of anxiety concerns to correct negative thought patterns and behavior modifications
skills. This event will be held every other Thursday, starting February 23rd (3:00-4:30 p.m.) in the Student Union (Room 320) and hosted
