Mental Health Training Programs
Clinical Training Program
University Counseling services provides a number of graduate student teaching assistantships during the summer and academic year. Training experiences include: individual, group, and grief counseling as well as outreach and workshop experiences under the supervision of licensed counselors and psychologists. Positions are available for Master's and Doctoral students. Interviews for positions are held during the Spring Semester (typically late February).
Non-Clinical Training Programs
The Department of Wellness at Oklahoma State provides a wide selection of non-professional training programs in mental health. Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate in these training programs free of charge to help foster an atmosphere of support for the students we serve.
Oklahoma University Counseling Conference
University Counseling Services at Oklahoma State is hosting the first annual Oklahoma University Counseling Conference on February 24, 2023.
