The purpose of this group is to provide biofeedback training that will assist in regulating your stress level. Biofeedback is the use of various technologies to provide insight into physical cues your body provides regarding the level of stress you are experiencing.
The goal of the Grief Support Group is to create an atmosphere in which those who grieve can find healing. This is accomplished through mutual support, sharing and understanding from other members of the group. You will gain access to valuable resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life.
Do you lack self-confidence and have difficulty with self-acceptance? Are you socially needy?
If you answered "Yes" to these questions, your self-esteem may need a boost. You could benefit from participating in the Self-Esteem Group. This group offers a supportive environment where you can interact and share with other students who have similar concerns. The group is designed to be interactive and will focus on how self-esteem impacts various aspects of one's life, some behaviors of persons with low self-esteem and techniques and strategies that are effective in improving self-confidence, self-acceptance and self-worth.
