Joseph Dunnigan serves as the coordinator and he’s talking with OStateTV’s Julia Benbrook on this episode of the Inside OSU podcast.

Joseph explains what you can do to manage your mental health during the pandemic, gives tips on how to adjust to living at home again and tells us what to do if there is an emergency.
